Return Policy/Parts Replacement/Warranty
Product returns*
We allow returns of all our products not designated "SPECIAL ORDER" at the time of purchase. Items need to be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any returned item must be in the original packaging and not show any signs of damage or installation. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 48 hours. Please allow a period of up to 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. There is a 3% CC fee that will be deducted from the refund. We do not reimburse for any labor costs incurred when installing or removing any of our products.
*Suspension Kits are considered Special Order and have a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Kinesis Wheels
Kinesis Wheels are "Special Order" items and built to your custom specifications. Once the order is placed and paid for, the order cannot be cancelled. No refunds will be given.
Cancelled Orders*
Cancelled orders are subject to a 3% processing fee. This is to cover the credit card fees we are charged when we initially run your credit card.
Muffler core returns*/Warranty
Core mufflers must be OEM, non-PSE in good condition, not modified, not dented, cracked or overly rusty or corroded. If your mufflers are cracked badly on the seams and can not be repaired, or they are PSE mufflers you will not receive a credit for them. We will use the core fee for repairs and/or replacement for our inventory.
Warranty on mufflers- We warrant the Porsche factory mufflers for 12 months (we do not build them, so that is pretty good!) to the original purchaser.
Our modifications (piping and welds) are warrantied for life from defects, to the original purchaser.
Warranty DOES NOT include any shipping fees.
Ceramic Coating is SPECIAL ORDERED and not refundable.
Returning installed products
If you have previously installed our product(s) and have decided to return it, please contact us directly via email or phone and we can discuss the return options that you may qualify for. We do not reimburse for any labor costs incurred when installing or removing any of our products.
Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Ceramic Coating is SPECIAL ORDERED and once installed is not refundable.
Replacement for incorrect, damaged or missing parts
We will replace any incorrect, damaged or missing parts in your order within 30 days of you receiving your shipment. You have 30 days to verify if there are any incorrect, damaged or missing parts in your order. After 30 days you will be responsible for purchasing parts that fall into any of the above categories.
Tramont Wheels Warranty
Tramont wheels are insured against the damages which could occur during shipment but must be inspected immediately on arrival in presence of the carrier for a claim to be admissible.
All warranty and shipping damage claims are handled through Tramont Wheels, France.
